To participate in any on-air contest by The Thin Line Rock Station, you must text or call 740-921-1611. Online, social media, and Text-To-Win contest winners are selected at random. The Thin Line Rock Station reserves the right to stop any game at any time. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win any contest. Prizes do not have a cash option, unless clearly stated.

In the spirit of fairness, anyone who has won a prize from The Thin Line Rock Station is ineligible to win for a period of 30 days, or unless clearly stated. Only one (1) winner per household (street address) is allowed during that period of time. Persons from households where an individual has won a prize valued at $500 or more are ineligible to participate in any The Thin Line Rock Station contest for a period of one (1) year. All local, state, and federal taxes, license and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to be able to participate in The Thin Line Rock Station contests. Employees of The Thin Line Rock Station and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in any game. Employees of any sponsor or agency involved with any contest are also ineligible to participate, as are members of their respective families.

Winners may be required to sign a release. All winners agree to allow The Thin Line Rock Station to use their name, voice and/or likeness, portrait, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls coming into The Thin Line Rock Station may be taped and may be aired on the station without further approval. The Thin Line Rock Station reserves the right to any video, audio, photographic or print material which involves the winner(s) or their families for promotional use without further permission. All winners agree to participate with the station and advertising agencies in publicizing or broadcasting winners' names, winnings, their picture, or character likeness without further compensation.

By winning any items from The Thin Line Rock Station, the winner and the user of the item(s) releases and agrees to hold harmless The Thin Line Rock Station, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including any property damage, personal injury or death to any participant or third person arising out of or in connection with participation in any contest or with the use of any prizes awarded in connection with the contest.

All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering any contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.

Winners will have 30 days to claim their prize, after 30 days winners forfeit their prize.
